How the post-purchase page works?

The post-purchase page is a Shopify-hosted page shown between checkout and the order confirmation. This is where Post Purchase Upsell Hero can display Post-purchase upsells, based on what the customer just purchased.​

Funnel flow:

  1. Customer completes checkout.

  2. Post Purchase Upsell Hero shows the first upsell offer.

  3. Customer accepts or declines.

    • If accepted, the product is added to the original order. and you can set more “if accepted” follow ups.

    • If declined, a downsell offer can be shown.

  4. Customer is taken to the Thank you page.
