How to export your PaymentHero checkout logs so our team can diagnose payment rule issues.

  1. To share your logs click on the three dots on the top-right hand corner and then on "Manage app"

  2. Scroll all the way to the bottom of you page


  3. Share your logs and confirm



    4. After you shared your logs, we can help you to find the correct payment handlers which are required to customize your payment methods at checkout.
