For our post purchase validation we will detect any error that deviates from the "official" format for shipping purposes. Although these differences are minor or even commonly adapted, they still deviate from the "correct" format.
This feature allows you to hide the UI extension when such a format error is detected and creates a more cohesive user experience for your customers during checkout.
