How do I set it up?

You can make various settings here:

Detection Settings

  • You can activate that AddressHero will detect packing stations / PO boxes.

  • You can add tags/names for detecting packing stations / PO boxes (e.g. “packing station” or “DHL packing station”).

  • You can choose between the “company”- and the “address 2”-field for the packing station client ID.

Tagging

  • AddressHero can automatically tag orders with detected packing stations / PO boxes.

  • AddressHero can tag incorrect packing station / PO box orders (e.g. “missing_packing_station_number”).
